SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped with UPS. In most European countries, UPS delivers to the nearest Service Point to ensure faster deliveries and competitive shipping rates. Express orders will be sent to the given shipping address.

Shipping rates and estimated time of arrival based on your location:


Sweden
Standard: 70 SEK (1-3 business days)

Europe
Standard: 15 EUR (3-5 business days)
Express: 30 EUR (1-3 business days)

USA
Standard: 25 USD (3-8 business days)
Express: 40 USD (1-3 business days)

Rest of the world
Standard: 25 EUR (3-8 business days)
Express: 40 EUR (1-3 business days)


Free worldwide shipping on all orders over 200€

Delivery time is only an estimation and not a guarantee. We do not take responsibility for orders stuck in transit or customs. Please note that all estimated delivery times are counted from when your order has been shipped. During high sales periods, our handling time can take up to 10 business days.

Prices shown on our website for customers in the European Union, Norway & UK are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside of the European Union, Norway & UK, prices are shown excluding VAT. For unclaimed packages, all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties, will be debited upon the handling of the return.


RETURNS

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in the same shape and condition as when you received them together with their original packaging.

Casatlantic provides shipping labels and applies location-based fees for returns:

Sweden: 70 SEK
European Union: 20 EUR
UK, Switzerland and Norway: 25 EUR
North America: 30 EUR
Rest of the world: 40 EUR

These fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may be applicable. 

Please note that we only accept returns using our provided shipping label, which covers any additional duties that may apply to returns from outside the EU.

The cost for a pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from the refund.



Exchange Policy

We don’t offer direct item exchanges, but you can exchange your item by receiving store credit equal to its value. If you choose store credit for your exchange, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipment. Simply mention in the note section of your return request that you'd like store credit for an exchange. Once we receive and process your returned item, we’ll issue the store credit, which you can use to purchase another item.
